Altitude

This impact is seen in climate changes, as atmospheric pressure influences air circulation, resulting in variations in rainfall, winds, and temperatures. Temperature

Temperature has a significant effect on atmospheric pressure by influencing the air column through heating or cooling. When the air column is heated, it expands and rises, resulting in lower atmospheric pressure. Conversely, when the air is exposed to lower temperatures, it contracts and lowers in height, leading to higher atmospheric pressure.

    Low-pressure areas are characterized by poor weather conditions. These occur as air moves from adjacent high-pressure areas to the low-pressure zone, forcing the air to rise. As it rises, water vapor condenses, forming clouds, which can lead to rainfall.
  2. High-Pressure Areas:
    High-pressure areas are known for their fair and dry weather. This weather occurs as descending air moves away from the high-pressure zone. The descending motion warms the air, promoting evaporation and creating favorable conditions for clear skies.
